Richard is excited to let everyone know he is presenting at the PMI-SAC PDC this year. Richard is honored to be part of this years conference where the theme is: EMPOWER: Revitalizing Project Leadership. This year's conference will feature Keynote Speaker Dr. Lisa Belanger and a fantastic array of presenters. The conference is on Friday November 17, 2023 at Winsport Calgary in the Markin Macphail Centre (88 Canada Olympic Road SW, Calgary AB T3B 5R5). Mark the date in your calendar! 

Richard is thrilled to present Solving Wicked Problems with Systems Thinking. The session is designed to challenge your thinking, offer new perspectives, and give you new ways to think of leadership. You will learn strategies and tactics to help you understand tensions, manage wicked problems, and improve your mental health (and your teams!). Today's world is increasingly complex and all too often, the problem is not the problem, but how we think about the problem so this session will give you insight into how to change your perspective, embrace a paradox mindset, and proactively build capacity for adaptability.
